The 2024 edition of the yearly ICT law conference “Internet Dialogue”, co-organized by the University of Belgrade – Faculty of Law and RNIDS – Serbian Internet Domain Registry Foundation, was held at the Serbian Chamber of Commerce and Industry on April 8 and 9, 2024. The conference was supported by the Serbian Chamber of Commerce and Industry, its Center for Digital Transformation, the law offices “Gecić Law“ and „MSA IP – Milojević Sekulić i Partneri“. The media partner was „Paragraf Lex“.

The first day of the conference was dedicated to artificial intelligence and challenges for business law. The discussion was organized in three panels “AI and creativity”, “AI and industrial property” and “AI and digital transformation”. The speakers were: Prof. Dušan Popović (University of Belgrade), Prof. Sanja Savčić (University of Novi Sad), Prof. Iza Razija Mešević (University of Sarajevo), Assist. Prof. Novak Vujičić (University of Belgrade), Prof. Slobodan Marković (University of Belgrade), Prof. Svjetlana Ivanović (University of East Sarajevo), attorney Andrea Radonjanin (Schoenherr), attorney Mina Jovanović Ninković (ZM-P), Prof. Ivana Kunda (University of Rijeka), Prof. Neda Zdraveva (University of Skopje), Prof. Marko Jovanović (University of Belgrade), Prof. Jelena Lepetić (University of Belgrade), Assist. Prof. Maša Mišković (University of Belgrade), attorney Vuk Leković (Gecić Law).

The second day of the conference was dedicated to trademark and domain name protection. The keynote address was given by Ms. Myrtha Hurtado Rivas, General Counsel Brands and Marketing Properties, Anti-Counterfeiting & Licensing at „Societe des Produits Nestle“. The speakers at the round table that followed were: Dr. Dejan Đukić (RNIDS), attorney Vladimir Marenović (ZM-P), attorney Stefan Bojović (MSA IP) and Prof. Dušan Popović (University of Belgrade).
